Wikipedia Lists ICE Facilities as 'Concentration Camps'

in #politics5 years ago (edited)

In another twisted attempt by the left to play a political propaganda social engineering con game on everyone, they have made another section in Wikipedia into another denizen of political jokes and lies.

AOC faking outrage at staged fence scene

It all started with Democrats like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez describing the ICE facilities where illegal immigrants are placed, as concentration camps.

Next came Wikipedia editors who cited her and other Dems using the that analogy as a justification to put ICE facilities along side WWII concentration camps.

Over the past year discussions have been had to put factual reality back on the page, but to no avail. The decision is closed.

Leftist rags like Vice and Gizmodo helped to cement the page by repeating the falsehoods as "proof" the ICE facilities were indeed concentration camps. As if whatever show sup on WIkipedia is a de facto truth in reality.

Gizmodo even described what Wikipedia did as "unbiased":

“a surprisingly unbiased entry that’s clearly presenting information without taking sides.”

Vice similarly said the listing accurately puts ICE facilities alongside “other sites of atrocity throughout history.”

Yet Holocaust survivors disagree, slamming AOC and others for laughably making the comparison. There may be similarities between the type sof holding facilities, but they are far from being the same.

Sort:

Wicca-pedia is so well named.

This Orwell "memory hole" wannabee needs to be countered somehow...

Everipedia is a good alternative.

Never heard of it. Thanks. I'll check it out.

Little known FACT, too, btw...

The first true concentration camps were utilized and invented by the BRITISH (i.e. the "other side" in WW II) during the Boer War four decades earlier.

Yeah, Eisenhower camps...

How come you changed? Did you sell your account to someone?

Changed? Hmmm?

Truly Wikipedia is suprisingly suspect in it's facts base. However, I must puestion the videos even from "Fox and MSNBC" showing children sleeping on concrete floors and people (yes I said PEOPLE) drinking out of toilets. U.S. superMAX prisoners even get better treatment, Prisoners held incommunicado in Guantonimo get better treatment.
I highly SUSPECT your very own intentions for posting this shameful article based solely on a RNC publication.

Wiki is as fake as the rest of the media.

You may need to cut wiki some slack here.

Wikipedia is only slightly less accurate a source of info than the schizophrenic homeless guys who screams at invisible attackers in the park.

Infogalactic is a good alternative.
