All of the world religions have reform and condemn the use of such actions. While Islam does still condone them.
I'm sorry, I'm sure there are really nice muslims around, but they need to speak out against this. It's not up to the world to reform it, it's up to themselves. Otherwise the rest of the world will defend themselves, and at some point get fed up and decide to just get rid of them all, kinda like happened in Bosnia.

Of course they made civilian casualties. It is war. I don't agree with the war with Irak, for example, but they aim for enemy combatants. There will always be civilian casualties. No weapon today is 100% precise. But they don't specifically targets where it's known that only civilians are in.
So if there is a world hegemon, I'd much prefer it be the US, rather than Saudi Arabia or something.

FYI the U.S. is helping the Saudis bomb Yemen so I see little difference between the two! At least Saudis haven't invaded and murdered nearly as many as Americans have in the last 70 or 50 or 20 years.
