This is Jenkins.
Jenkins is your butler.
Jenkins decides his own salary.
Jenkins, armed with a revolver, always makes sure he is paid his entire “salary”, on time.
Jenkins decides for himself what he will do in your house and when.
If Jenkins damages something, you cover the costs.
If Jenkins gets into an argument with your neighbors, you fight to defend Jenkins and your home, even at the risk of your life.
Jenkins decides the rules of your home.
Jenkins decides what your children will learn.
If you don't like the “cooperation” with Jenkins, Jenkins has decided that every four years you can choose between him and his twin brother, Alfred.
Alfred will be able to do exactly the same things as Jenkins, but he likes brighter colors, prefers slightly different food and has different taste in music.
Both Jenkins and Alfred often ensure that they are YOUR servants and that they serve YOU .... not the other way around.
Yes, you're right, Jenkins and Alfred are politicians, and the butler's “profession” is an institution of the state.
