Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has brushed aside accusations that Moscow was behind the hacking of Democratic Party emails.
He denied the Kremlin's involvement in the scandal, as Wikileaks founder Julian Assange insisted that the release of the messages was a 'diversion' being pushed by Hillary Clinton.
