Cracks in the wall

In those rare instances when I'm happily surprised, some of the most respected Trump supporting voices are beginning to color outside the lines.

Ben Shapiro, known colloquially as "facts over feelings", released a video where he actually fact checks Trump. This has to be the first time I've ever witnessed Shapiro go against the Donald, since he joined the MAGA ranks.

The comment section

Fully expecting to see him getting grilled three ways to Sunday for daring to criticize Trump, I clicked on the comment section of his video only to be happily surprised.

Yes, I did find a few people castigating him for being a heretic, but overall, most people were congratulating Ben for having a spine and speaking out, speaking facts.

Is the honeymoon over?

I think so at least. I mean, we are so early into Trump's term and we already see so many people questioning their support for for him.

A long video for sure, but one that I found myself nodding along more than I expected.

Trump is some combination of mob boss and cult leader. His power over people who should know better is incredible. He gets away with so much. I saw Fuckwit Farage did actually counter him about Zelenskyy saying you cannot always take him literally. The fact is that what the POTUS says has impact around the world, but he just doesn't care.

awesome picture, first time seeing it! lol

What role do you think Victoria Nuland, and possible US involvement in the 2013 Euromaidan contributed to the current state of affairs?

What is the relevance of the unrest in the Donbas region in 2014?

I had to educate myself on this subject, and just read a transcript of a conversation she had.

What can I say, this is crazy stuff, the rabbit hole is so deep it feels like it might drive me mad.

What is your take on it? Because according to some opinion pieces, she's guilty but not the mastermind of it all.

That being said.. that transcript speaks volumes.

I think that events are more complex than we normally acknowledge.

I also think that we can point to an arbitrary window of time to say these people are good and those people are bad. Look what they did suddenly, unprovoked, for no reason at all.
