Of course it's allowed! "Hate speech" isn't real. It's a misnomer for "spoken disagreement that hurt someone's feelings". Most things I've noticed being labeled as "hate speech" have very sound logic behind why the individual arrived at that conclusion. Whereas those demanding censorship are often just suffering from hurt feelings of their paradigm being questioned/critically examined.
I don't want to live in a world where people are afraid to disagree with me for fear of being labeled "hateful". Therefore: long-live "hate" speech! :D
