Donald Trump and Kim Jong Un 'Summit'

When my pot dealer starts asking me about the Kim-Trump meetings, I know there must be something weird going on with this whole thing. I mean now it's getting to the point of just being silly in my opinion with regard to how everyone, including the media, seems to think this is just going to turn out awesome for the whole world.

That the North- South Korea meetings recently were a positive sign:

And the "bromance" rhetoric being pushed by the White House, Pyongyang, Seoul and the media right now is getting out of control in my opinion:

steemit94.jpg

Originally I was predicting these two would never, ever meet in front of a large audience or on camera. After saying this to a friend, they asked me, "Did someone break diplomatic protocol?"

"Nope," was my reply.

"Well then what?!"

"It's all about that ego," I replied. "Do you really, honestly, think a man who advertises himself as a god in his homeland (and stands all of about 5'5 " to 5'8" on a good day) up next to big ole, 6'3" Donald Trump? The optics are not in Kim's favor.

Now watch how Donald Trump likes to shake hands:

Have you EVER seen a photo of Kim shaking anyone's hand prior to the recent meeting with the South Korean president?

Dirty Donnie would shake, rattle and roll that poor fella all over the stage.

I just don't see how this is going to happen my friends. Publicly at least. We MAY see a joint statement released and maybe, a joint statement in person, but I really doubt we will have a chance to see these get a handshake in. Either way, I can't wait.

And what is going to be the ultimate outcome of all this?

The media would like us to believe peace is around the corner; however the one thing I do hear any movement on is the actual North Korean nuclear program. Trump says he wants it gone. North Korea isn't even discussing it. The public are being placated with the release of prisoners, which is great.

North Korea today announced they will ceremoniously be shutting down their nuclear test site:

https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/world/2018/05/12/north-korea-dismantling-nuclear-test-site-may-23-25/604654002/

I am not sure what is so awesome about this, because it is a non-story. It is well known the North Koreans blew up their testing facility with one of their last major tests:

http://www.scmp.com/news/china/diplomacy-defence/article/2143171/north-koreas-nuclear-test-site-has-collapsed-and-may-be-why-kim-jong-un

You already have Trump starting to say if he doesn't get what he wants he is gonna walk away.

And the way these two have talked to each other the past two years, are we to be expected to just sweep that under the rug and make it go away?

Don't we remember "Little Rocket Man?"

What about when Kim called Trump a "dotard?"

Are we to just expect these two just brush this under the rug, even though it is heavily speculated that Trump decided to run for President simply as revenge against Obama when Obama made fun of Trump years ago. Check it out, and watch Trump's reaction (or non-reaction maybe):

I don't mean to be the pessimist here, but I have NO reason to believe these two will be able to come to a nuclear deal of any sort. I haven't even mentioned the recent pullout of the Iran deal and what that communicates to Un.

Or the way the US made a "deal" with Libya about a decade ago.... That didn't work out well for the Libyan leader at the time, Muammar Gadaffi who was later killed in the streets of Libya by his own people.

That happened on camera folks. That was a country the US made a similar deal with.

So no, I do not think that Kim Jong Un is going to make a deal with Trump after witnessing US diplomatic relations with regard to nuclear detente with other countries.

My personal feeling is that Trump doesn't know it but he is about to become the Neville Chamberlain of the 21st century.

If he goes, it's a trap game.

I hope I am wrong.

I hope it does not happen.

I hope a deal really can be made.

But simply thinking through this entire situation and seeing how these two carry themselves on the world stage, I simply do not see this working.

And tragically, the one thing I do see happening is a complete breakdown in negotiations due to both of these men's egos.

I see an uptick in the insults each of them lob at one another over twitter as it gets more and more tense.

Both men will ultimately draw a line.

I predict Kim Jong Un will react defensively to one of the insults, perceive it as a threat, and attempt to launch a missile at the island of Oahu, HI. (At least that is what the American public and world media will be told at the time.)

In response to the perceived attack, I believe Donald Trump will ultimately launch a surgical nuclear strike at Pyongyang and completely decimate the entire North Korean leadership.

By May of 2019.

It is dramatic....

But I am not here to be dramatic; I am here to be pragmatic. And these are my thoughts.

It will not end well for anyone in this situation. I have come to the point where I am willing to put this information out there on the blockchain so it remains embedded forever and I can come back to this post one year from now and finally feel vindicated or look like an absolute fool.

I accept any and all outcomes from this point forward.

This is not meant to scare anyone at all. In my opinion, the biggest terrorists in this world are the media as they do a good enough job in feeding us all half- true stories all in order to sell advertising.

This is an attempt to save our planet.

I Love You all.

I look forward to witnessing how things unravel in the coming months. I hope and pray I am wrong, because if I am wrong that means a LOT of people didn't die.

Hoping.

Praying.

Thanks everyone for reading this post. I am always looking for feedback and suggestions on how to become a better writer so feel free to comment. I also really do not mean to scare anyone at all with these posts. Trust me, it doesn't fee very good to feel this way, but instead of falling victim to my emotions I am choosing to explore this issue in real time with real people outside of my immediate social circle.

I will post more on developments as I see them happening. So if you like this post and are interested in more of my thoughts as things progress please follow my blog, comment and share if you are so inclined.

Thanks again and wishing everyone a fantastic day. In spite of all of this, the birds still sing and the flowers will still come out so try not to take it too seriously because we all still need to live our lives in the best way possible.

That's EXACTLY what I'm talking about! Hilarious. And pretty damn good by the way.

thanks polysteemer!

I believe NK came to the table only because of the crippling UN sanctions enforced upon them late last year:

https://www.un.org/sc/suborg/en/sanctions/1718/resolutions

Notice that the rhetoric around NK in the MSM changed a bit after the sanctions were enforced and that they have not conducted any nuclear tests since then.

I do not believe that we will end up in nuclear war, but that the U.S. with its Military Industial Complex cannot stand for another country to have nuclear weapons (unless their name is Isreal).

I do hear it often about sanctions, sanctions, sanctions. The thing is though, when you essentially take everything away from your people there is little need for anything but the essentials anyhow. I understand this round of sanctions are the toughest ever and such, but North Korea also has once of the most "illicit" economies in the world. So I can appreciate the perspective of sanctions, but honestly I just am not buying it. I mean, it was no secret this place has been hurting for access to energy for years. This image isn't anything new since 12/17:

Additionally, North Korea has a THRIVING economy in illegal activities, so much so they have their own wikipedia page it's so bad:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_Korea%27s_illicit_activities

I appreciate your thoughts. I really do try to internalize them and to respond with as much thought and sincerity. This isn't a game to me. I have been sitting on these thoughts for a few weeks ago now and am so freaked out by it I literally put it on the blockchain to prove I am either nuts and need to stay out of the prognostication game, especially on such serious matter, or I am correct and things are about to get nuts.

I also understand people cannot fathom a nuclear bomb being launched.

I think we have all been led to believe, at least in America, that nuclear bomb means the end of the world. We forget people live in Hiroshima and Nagasaki now. We tend to not realize the menu of options the US arsenal has (big bomb or small, strategic one.) I never said it was going to be a big, big blast.

Society is ready for it to be honest. I mean, everyday we all see thousands of people die on TV and barely blink an eye. A million Iraqis are dead, in the era of internet and TV, and it still happened. And it is no secret that chemical weapons have been used in Syria, if not recently, then at some point.

I'll even throw in this: two of the presidents top advisers absolutely want to take out Un. Mike Pompeo and John Bolton. I believe Pompeo is Trump's 'trojan horse' of sorts, but unfortunately Un is playing multi-dimensional chess (knowing full well China, Russia and Iran have his back the entire time) while Trump is left thinking he is winning at checkers.

Loving the friendly banter and I truly appreciate your thoughts.

It's OK to disagree. I think that Pompeo and Bolton's rhetoric is designed to scare us and force NK to come to the negotiating table.

Pompeo and Bolton are known Zionists - I believe they are working to denuclearize whichever countries they can in order to protect Isreal's interest first, then the US' second.

NK knows that if they attack they will be wiped off of the map. Personally I do not blame NK for having nuclear weapons as we wiped out 10% of their population in the Korean War.

Nukes are a deterrent against foreign aggression. I think NK has them and shows them off to protect themselves from potential invaders.
