Does this move by Hamilton conflict with Section 2 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms?
In the U.S. it would clearly run into the First Amendment buzzsaw. Not being Canadian, it’s not clear to me if Section 2 is relevant here though.

Section 2 is relevant here. They should have still been arrested with vandalism for the destruction of property.

There are laws on the books right now, likely in your state, too.
Rights are not too respected when the state wants to do what it wants :/
