Completely agreed with your reply. The same applies to governments when we read about China, Russia, Canada or South Korea governments arguing that they want to regulate ICOs to prevent/protect people against ICOs scams when governments themselves is a failed corrupted system that scam taxpayers for decades and there is no way for us to impose regulation against them. ICOs has no rules. What is interesting is that by now we know the potential that technology offer us to change this corrupted system.
