Wow! I had no idea that the Socialist Party received that percentage of votes! Almost as high as the Libertarian Party receives now. Also, I can't say I've ever read their platform before so seeing it and how it has been enacted is eye opening.
I think you make a good point. Win or lose, you have to stick to principles. Libertarians certainly should heed that advice.
