In the 1990's I read a book on homeschooling... This is all part of the UN/Satanist/Humanist agenda. They passed the UN treaty on the Rights of the Child (which Hillary C helped write) and Bill signed on behalf of the US. Basically it takes rights to raise children away and gives them to the state.
