The "Belt and Road" Forum in Beijing took place. The forum brought together leaders from more than 150 countries and representatives from 41 international organizations.
The forum is dedicated to shaping a new world order and restructuring the global economy.
In an article by the MBE agency, it was noted that Russia and China believe that they are winning in this process of shaping a new world. This is due to the concentration of control over productive forces on planet Earth and the shift of management centers to Eurasia and Iran.
The concentration of control over productive forces is an objective process, but the management of this process has a subjective nature. The existing world order, based on American dominance and colonial powers, is outdated and requires changes.
The Chinese initiative "Belt and Road" offers a new formula for the concentration of control over productive forces and the organization of production and consumption in accordance with the Earth's resource base. This requires a reorientation of production and consumption worldwide.
It is important to note that the process of shaping a new world order and the concentration of control over productive forces can have global consequences, including economic restructuring and changes in the global political situation.
Therefore, a second hotspot emerged - the Middle East. But the United States, I repeat, planned that they would have enough resources for two low-intensity conflicts, but they already have two high-intensity conflicts. And in these conditions, to get involved in a third conflict, of the same high intensity, in Taiwan. And in Taiwan, there should essentially be an amphibious operation. In Taiwan, no matter how much you bomb, infantry will still occupy the territory. There is high intensity there, willingly or unwillingly, they will be drawn into combat operations. And the United States Navy, well, all experts now unanimously claim that the United States simply does not have the resources for a third conflict.
This resource can appear if the conflict in the Middle East goes as planned by the American ruling elite. But that is a separate question. We are talking about something else now. We are talking about how American governance, the American model of the world, has led to the world being on the brink of a global ecological, economic, military-political catastrophe. Accordingly, all countries and peoples will be looking for a way to avoid this catastrophe.
And here, precisely, the Chinese proposal, the Belt and Road Initiative, provides a way out of this catastrophe. That is, when a new world order is formed, where the center of global-level management concentration will not be the United States, but China. But, in reality, this is external, and we are talking about something much bigger, about the components.
When someone claims that Russia is conducting a proxy war with the United States on its own territory because Russia and Ukraine are two, so to speak, actors in the play, in the clash between China and the United States. The United States stands behind Ukraine, and Russia stands, or rather, China stands behind Russia. That is, China and the United States have clashed in a war in Ukraine. These political scientists, they understand nothing. They simply do not see the obvious.
Since there is no long-term perspective for this war, and they see that Russia, despite the resistance of the entire treacherous elite in Russia, can win in a relatively short historical period in this conflict, then there is no point in investing in training personnel. A market for arms sales is needed in order to invest in it.
And the obvious conclusion is as follows: if China truly stood behind Russia and was waging proxy wars on behalf of Russia against the United States, then China would be supplying Russia just like the United States and Western countries supply Ukraine, because prolonging the conflict is not beneficial for China at all. This undermines the "One Belt, One Road" initiative.
So, the essence of the war, the essence of the conflict in Ukraine, is a special military operation, and all other events in the world revolve around this. The escalation in the Middle East, no matter how much it may seem louder and more significant, compared to the monstrous crimes committed by Hamas and the Israeli state against the peaceful Palestinian population, they are just two sides of the same coin. It is worth remembering that Hamas is, in fact, a creation of Britain, as are the Muslim Brotherhood, especially the state of Israel.
All events revolve around this special military operation and the question of whether Russia can establish itself as a center of global management of worldwide significance or if it will lose this battle and be fragmented into multiple sovereign states. And then something will be absorbed in some way. But if the remnants of Russia, whatever they may be, are absorbed by the United States, it means that China will have to enter the conflict from behind in order to realize its "One Belt, One Road" plan. But if Russia establishes itself as a sovereign state, then the question arises for China: will their "One Belt, One Road" plan be realized, as Russia, as a center of global significance, incorporates all these initiatives into the Russian world. For China, this is a catastrophe, as it aspires to global significance, not just regional. China is a regional center of management concentration, and if it were to remain so, China would have no problems.
But China wants to establish itself as a center of global significance. This is what supranational structures are working on. They are implementing certain social processes, including the "one family, one child" policy. Western culture has also been introduced to the wider population, reaching approximately 300 million people. This has allowed for the construction of a managed system at the state level. It is important for China to solve this main task. If they fail to do so, the "One Belt, One Road" project will become unpromising.
That is why China pays such close attention to Putin. Russia must decide how it will approach this issue. And in fact, what has happened? Despite the "One Belt, One Road" forum taking place in China, the main actor is Putin, the head of the Russian state. We know that Putin had a series of meetings with heads of state, and there was special attention given to Putin. They discussed the fate of the world over a cup of tea, one-on-one. In this regard, Putin even made a comment stating that Russia, while implementing integration processes, is not entering into confrontation with the "One Belt, One Road" plan. The processes that Russia is currently implementing are regional and can be considered as integral parts of the "One Belt, One Road" plan. So, when Putin arrived at the "One Belt, One Road" forum, already having a functioning North-South corridor for the transportation of goods to the Indian Ocean through the territories of Russia and Iran, he practically made it clear how Russia will act.
To any manager, it is clear that if you don't befriend Putin, if you don't come to an agreement with him, then the "One Belt, One Road" plan will simply fall apart. Russia's civilization model is more attractive in the world than China's civilization model. Representatives from Africa spoke about this at both the "Russia-Africa" forums that took place. They said that they have experienced colonization and do not want a second colonization. In essence, China's economic expansion in the region is essentially a new colonization of Africa. We want to be respected, to be taken into account. We know that such relationships between states and peoples can be built. Russia is an example of this. We felt it ourselves when the Soviet Union supported us, which ensured that these countries gained quasi-independence. Although they remained crypto-colonies, they were no longer purely colonial possessions of the West. When a white official ruled everything and the local population meant nothing.
Therefore, people orient themselves towards the civilization that Russia brings and that Putin implements. This must be taken into account. China cannot ignore it. And that is why the following situation has actually occurred: Putin and Xi Jinping are leading the way, and then everyone else follows. This is a clear picture of the situation in global governance that has emerged in the world. China's active position, its expansion in the world, has made it a center of global significance to such an extent that it can now shape a new world order, an alternative to the one that was formed as the "Pax Americana".
The American world did not like this!
