One of the many reasons of Under-Development in Africa Captured!
Facebook CEO and Africa's Richest Man
Just one similarity between this two, they are CEOs. But comparing them is too much of a task as the Africa Richest man is an Industrial age Business man and in this age Physicality was needed, while Facebook CEO harnessed the intelligence of the information age to retain a World Wide business Model. Also by age, The African Richest man; Aliko Dangote is old enough to be Mark Zuckerberg's father but that is less important to the issue at hand.
Economical stagnancy due to huge unemployment rate is one of the cancerous effects of Bureaucracy in several African Nations, Nepotism is it's cousin due to all the less favorable policies made by the Government. When this government favors some certain individuals, the moral to checkmate the entrepreneurial decisions made by this few ones is lacking which in turn leads to a chain reaction crumbling the economies of many countries.
A Nigerian Case Study
Aliko Dangote said Nigeria didn't have trained workforce for his massive oil refinery projects which is nearing completion therefore he is employing and exporting 30,000 foreign-trained workers. The total specs of workers needed for the Refinery is 40,000 workers and 30,000 units/spots is going to foreigners which means Dangote Plc will be employing just 10,000 Nigerians for it's oil refinery company on the Nigerian Soil. /h3>
Facebook to train 50,000 Nigerians in Digital Skills
Meanwhile, a US based Social media company; Facebook wants to open a "A community hub space" in Nigeria to encourage software developers and technology entrepreneurs in Africa environs to be sustainable and become a professional/Experts. The number of Workers for each community Hub space is not known, but Facebook will be investing it's money in Africa to train 50,000 Nigerians in various digital skills.
Does this mean Mark Zukerberg/Facebook could foresee the potentials in the Nigerian Future and have full confidence to invest in it While Aliko Dangote could not see those potentials? Or just a political brouhaha at play and a monkey business of a sort if Facebook wants to invest it's money to train 50,000 Nigerians for it's investments in Nigeria while Dnagote Industries could not invest in training the locals to reduce the numbers of foreign-trained workers he needs to employ.
As a True African, the Development of every part of the Continents is our Goals and Objectives, sadly many are after their pockets and Turn-Overs. The system of Government is another cog in the wheel of progress because the ration of Foreign workers to local workers should be:
Expatriate to local employee ratio cannot exceed 1:20 for the industrial sector and 1:5 for the commercial sector.
Hopefully the Blockchain clears all the Debris of Politics and Governments inadequacies, the Goal is to Empower 20Million Youths through the Project "20NillionNaija"

This is spot on article that needs deep thoughts. Aliko Dangote is not a patriotic Nigerian, after having ripped so much from Nigeria and enriched himself, he still thinks Nigerians are unqualified for his refinery project on Nigerian soil.
Thank God for Nigerians on Steemit like @ejemai and yourselves, we are heading towards a Nigeria where we take our development into our own hands. #Project20millionNaija is a go for liberating the youths.
So sad he could even think of that, he had been causing mad traffic around Lekki/Ajah axis since the construction of that refinery and this is how he repay us....Sad face
He is like I mentioned an Unpatriotic Nigerian colliding with some political few to steal our sovereign wealth. Soon enough, he will have his dish served in a broken plate... it may take sometime, but it will happen.
I consider this post an eye opener and a digital revolution to the inadequacies in our lovely continent Africa, Nigeria a case study.
Funny! I am a beneficiary of Android Development sponsored by Andela which is funded by Mark Zuck. Here I am building on that knowledge.
There are thousands out there receiving more of the benefits which are in batches and in different fields.
What's in it for Mark? Nothing but fulfillment.
What's in it for Dangote and other African business men? Purely business.
The more the economy sinks, the richer they get.
God save the Country from this Band of Merry Favored Rich Men!
but how can this be changed?
The Blockchain could change that, when millions of youth won't have to depend on this Ghouls to make a living!
