Illinois is in way over their heads mainly due to pensions. Not sure how they get out of this problem. I grew up in Illinois. Left it 13 years ago. Moved to NJ which is also a disaster. Only to end up in CT which is another disaster. Maybe next move I'll stay away from liberal states!
