Interesting correlation. All the places controlled by Democrats, where Democrats set the tax rates and decide how to use the money they collect, are places that "poor people" earning less than $38K can't afford to live.
Whereas if you may $38K per year in Ames Iowa, you can get by OK.

Great observation - couldn't have said it better myself - it's much like correlation of gun violence being heaviest in cities where the 2nd Amendment is restricted.
