The Never Trump conservatives are more deranged than the liberals. TDS from the left makes sense. Their entire reason for being is to oppose the right. Whether that's Trump, George Bush, or Mitt Romney, whoever is at the top of the ticket for the Republicans, the left will equate them to Hitler and call them a racist sexist fascist, etc. Which is why they like George Bush and Dick Cheney now, even though they are 1000 times worse than Trump. The left loves the Never-Trump conservatives--because they're not really right-wing.
Trump said we're going to win so much you're going to get tired of winning. And that's exactly what's happened to these Never-Trump conservatives. They are tired of Trump winning. They want to go back to their role as the Washington Generals to the Harlem Globetrotters--to be the perennial losers. To drive the speed limit to the ever-progressive future while the Democrats speed their way there. The Never-Trump conservatards want a mild-mannered candidate like Mike Pence who says all the right things rather than having someone like Trump with a crass personality that offends them. Instead of Trump actually getting wins for them, they'd rather lose with dignity.
These Never-Trump conservatives have been so dominated and cuckolded by the left that they don't even know what it's like to be right-wing and win anymore. It's been so long since they've won that they didn't know it was possible to actually attain power and use it for their ends.
Some of these so-called conservatives are really just controlled opposition, working for the neoliberal uniparty, aka the Deep State or the DC swamp. But there are others who are perhaps influenced by those people, but aren't really a part of the deep state--they just represent the difference between conservatives and the right wing.
The right-wing have core values that they are trying to implement--policies to restore hierarchy and order. Whereas the conservatives are just trying to conserve the policies of the past, which are predominantly the liberal policies established by Democrats and liberal Republicans in the 20th century. If the right wants to win, they must excise these loser conservatives with defeatist attitudes from the MAGA movement. Let them join the Democrats, along with Dick and Liz Cheney. Force all the neocons out of the Republican Party so that the globalist neoliberal uniparty can actually be one party again. The true right can take over the Republican Party.
The New Right will not be a traditional conservative party because traditional conservatism is dead. Instead the future of the right lies in a more tech-positive libertarian fusion with traditional values. People like Elon Musk, Mark Andreessen, Peter Thiel, and the PayPal Mafia represent the head of this movement. They are true winners in life, and with them leading the Republican Party (and advising Trump), America will truly start to win again.
