The stupid majority, as Chomsky calls them, consists of people with a particular type of brain, or neurotype. They are said to be neurotypical. In a democracy, they have the majority of votes, and so they institutionalize things through their votes. This leads to a system of, by, and for neurotypicals; or anyone who can get their votes, as in a republic. This affects everyone in the society and we'll go through some of the effects here:

You'd think the cream rises to the top, but apparently so does the scum... and neurotypicals seem to be unable to differentiate; which is why you get actors like Ronald Reagan for president, narcissist billionaires like Trump, mafiosos like Putin, etc.
