I withdrew Ripple off of their exchange last Thursday the 20th. The transaction shows complete with a transaction ID number. I had submitted a support ticket to poloniex 5 days and 4 hrs ago and still no response! I had made a successful transfer on 7/13 to the same wallet address and it showed up very quick. Who else is experiencing similar problems?
