I wondering if they lock people out of their account on purpose. I've been locked out for a week now and nobody has responded to my support ticket. Their system keeps thinking I'm in New York and even offer a nice looking button to choose which state I'm in. However it doesn't work and just refreshes the page to ask the same thing. 😡
