What a great educating post. Words can be so subtle but the effects can be huge! It takes a lot of self control in our speech actually, sometimes we even have to speak positive deliberately.
Be it subtle or intense, conscious or unconscious, self-regulation will increase our emotional well-being. Moreover, it is more attainable when we focus on our core values or life values instead of our fickle feelings.
