Truth be told I'm hoping for high payout (who isn't) But my main focus is on changing the overall culture of steemit so that good content will more easily lead to good payout without kissing add :-D
Once we put in the time and effort to create quality content, it is only natural that we hope we can duly rewarded with high earnings. I also hope that the system can be changed so that not too much power is in the hands of the whales
