Is that child's knee in his groin area? I don't see a knee being kissed.

the childs genitals are covered with cloth... and u can clearly see the the knees are naked and he is kissing on knees... Don't think that I am christian... I a Muslim but the fact is in reality he is not kissing on genitals... Its clear from the photo...
