Let’s identify the cows.

In Dr. Camilo Cruz’s book, which I mentioned to you in a previous post, I talked about the cows that are present in our lives and gave an idea of how to eliminate them (I supported myself by everything I read, obviously).

Well, for starters, if you read the book, you’ll know where The Cow comes from. It is important to want to identify later whether or not there are cows present in our lives. And to continue, already knowing what a cow can be, it is important to know how to identify how they can be presented in your life and then know how to attack them, from the root. Dr. Camilo Cruz comments that it may be difficult to do so, and that is precisely why he devotes a chapter to this process.

Well, I will start there to help myself and also motivate you. Here are 7 cows commonly present:

1.COWS PROOF OF MEDIOCRITY
If you hear yourself say something like, "I don’t feel comfortable with my work anymore, but at least I have," or something like, "At least we’re okay. There are many others in worse circumstances".
I must tell you, we have a cow present in our life.

2.COWS OF "THE FAULT IS NOT MINE".
"I wanted to do many things, but it is that I was not motivated much, or I did not have the necessary support."
Yeah, although it sounds pretty justifiable, that’s another cow.

3.COWS OF FALSE BELIEFS.
It is not convenient to be carried away by those sayings that you hear when you want to do something, yes, to hear things like "You attract what you deserve", or "remember that the more you have, the more slave you are than you have". It’s one more cow.

4.COWS SEEKING TO EXCUSE THE INEXCUSABLE.
Do not allow yourself to say: "I would like to share more with my friends, but I do not have time". I want to quit my job, but I don’t want to do it until I have something safer.
The cow that won’t let you dare, that won’t let us pursue dreams, that fills us with fear.

5.THE COWS OF IMPOTENCE.
Once full of fear, comes the block. The mental and the coming of others. Hearing you say things like, "I would, but I’ve never been good at it," My problem is I’m very… And now, full of fear, we are also consumed by impotence.

6.THE PHILOSOPHICAL COWS.
Ja. Amjaa, yes. They are also presented all very luxurious, stately, because it is that the devil knows more for old, than for devil…
And you say to yourself, Be patient, God will show me the way
That’s the worst. Remember that God also says, help yourself that I will help you.

7.THE COWS OF SELF-DECEPTION.
Finally, let us remember that life is not a competition, but that does not mean that things have to be done without motivation to want to win, to be the best, to bet on everything.

Will we be prepared to identify our "cows"?

Regards.
