I've been checking out Lemmy recently. Like a Reddit clone. Some good traffic. People are somewhat open to moving to new places. But there's also a lot of tribalism and fighting to keep out division so it might be hard to penetrate that shell. I've seen some people using Rentry and similar things, archive.org, to put things they want to share in a less vulnerable way. Blockchain as a version control enabled long-text storage service for sharing is not the terriblest of ideas. No collaborative editing or ownership transmission, though. Might be a pass for that.
