Good morning!
I'm feeling light and free. I had a bit of clutter in my life but nothing a good old Spring Clean couldn't fix.
Junk (in all its forms) can clutter the house, the body and the mind. It's toxic. Get rid!
Lately, I've been decluttering in all areas of my life and it's better than any medicine. Ok, maybe I still need to cut down on buying Ben & Jerry's ice-cream to feel the full benefits, but I'm making a great start and feelin' gooooood :D
Here's how
Ask yourself these questions:
- Is it taking up too much space (physically, emotionally, mentally)?
- Can my life function without it?
- Do I have negative feelings about it?
If the answer is YES to all the above, then it's better to rid this negative clutter from your existence. You will find a whole new positive space will open up and this results in feelings of
FREEDOM and JOY
This is Day 2 of the 7-Day Positivity Challenge started by @conradt.
If you'd like to join in, here are the guidelines:
Write a post about something you have to be postive about today - this could be anything from being thankful for your current situation, someone being nice to you, being thankful for your friends and family, or even being thankful for the oppurtunity you have been given here on Steemit - just keep it positive :)
- Do this for 7 days in a row if you get nominated
- Mention three people who should do this on each day.
- Tag it with #positivitychallenge and include these rules at the bottom of your post
- Include a picture of something positive (related to your story if possible)
Keep your eyes open for the next upcoming ULTIMATE CROCHET CONTEST run by @foxyspirit and me. SBD PRIZES!!! :D
