This is my first post on this site. One of my online gaming friends recommended that I try out this website as he was enjoying it and wanted to share the fun. I hope that I can also find it as enjoyable to participate in this community as he did.
My name is James and I am a student that will (hopefully) be going to university in a little over a year. I have 8 dogs and I spend a lot of time indoors playing PC games whilst also browsing social media. I mostly play League of Legends, heavily modded Minecraft, Black desert online, Payday 2 and Civ 5. I have recently gotten into the hobby of longboarding with a group of my friends from school and hope to soon get my own board instead of borrowing my friends spare.
I am currently studying Systems and Control, Chemistry, Computer Science and Mathematics with a plan of going on to do Computer Game Programming and Design at University. Other than practising making my own small scale games in my free time (so that I can show it off to Universities) does anyone have any other suggestions on how I could improve my chances of getting into a good University?
I look forward to reading all of the replies as well as other posts on this website.
