A flock of frogs was walking through the forest, and suddenly two frogs fell into a very deep hole. All the other frogs clustered together around the hole. When they saw how deep the pit was, they shouted at the fallen frogs:
"Guys, you have no chance of getting out of here alive ... you are already considered dead ...
It's too bad for you to make any effort! "
The fallen frogs had no desire to give up their lives so easily. The two frogs ignored the shouts and signals of their friends from above and tried to jump out with all their strength as the frogs outside the pit continued to yell and signal to them in all sorts of ways that they had no chance ... "You'll never get out ..."
One of the frogs heard the frogs' advice, exhausted his strength, he simply gave in and died at the bottom of the hole. The second frog did not give up. He tried and continued with all his might as the frogs motioned and yelled at him from the hole "It's a waste of effort ... You have no chance in the world."
"Stop your effort and suffering, and just die."
Still the frog continued to try, he jumped even harder ... and in the end, he gave a bounce like this that he managed to get out of the pit when he went out, his frogs asked him:
"How did you do that? The hole was really deep ..."
In sign language this frog explained to them that he was deaf ... He did not hear what they were saying to him, and mistakenly interpreted their excited cries as words of encouragement ...

Our language has the power to life and has the power to kill
Destructive words for those below will not raise it up
