I buy 25ppm bottle and have at least one or two drinks per week with it. 1 Pint of water with 1 tablespoon of the Colloidal Silver. Haven't had a cold or flu since I started doing it and that is over 4 years ago now. If I'm in contact with people that have cold and flu I never catch it off them. But obviously up the dosage if you do or are around people that have it, then just ease off it after 1 day or 2. It's better to have it with distilled water.
