I can't speak for the @freecrypto twitter. I don't know anything about it, and I'm not really keen about it.
For @zord189, I don't think I would consider that vote buying, as he is providing his own service and talent. That is his own right to do, and his donation to the campaign. However, I do accept that it could be seen in a bad light, but it isn't quite on par with votes or money.
To be honest, when I wrote this post, I had no idea what other communities were doing. I was expanding upon an idea that I had in an earlier support post and I was only writing about the @steemitbloggers main account not giving out money or voting for dpoll votes. However, I can't prove that that was my intention one way or another... But for what it is worth, that is my honest word.
