Yes, sure. You can swim in rivers here - water is clean as Switzerland takes good care of its rivers and lakes. We don't have a sea nearby so we use what we have :) You can come and try it out :)

Sounds great. With a river like that, I would spend it swimming every day. If I ever go to Switzerland, it will be on my list
