Glad you're feeling well lovely lady! Our health really is worth it to figure out a good routine. I've been trying to research more about fasting as it seems to have many benefits when done correctly. I can't put off breakfast too long because I'm usually more active in the morning, but have felt well when finishing my last meal earlier rather than later. I think that's one of the great things about it--you can tweak the timing to find what works best for your schedule and body but still get similar results!
