The image is completly made in camera, so no edit.
By using double exposure, you take two images onto one negative. So it is two pitrures taken above each outhers in the camera. This is a old technic and is used for a long time in photography.

Interesting technique. I've heard of double exposure, but never understood what it actually was. Thought it had something to do with light. You have got that skill down then. Good stuff. 🍻
