I am bit influenced now that autophagy which get activated by observing 24-36 hr Fast helps improve immune system and overall well-being.
Today is my first day during which I will not eat anything for 36 hr and drink only lot of water. My Fast started last night 9 pm and will end tomorrow 9 am.
I will do this every week for few months and share my experience with my Steemian community.
I am also do this for but not 36 hour I only drink water 2 days 48 hours.

Thanks for the post. I have done some intermittent fasting in the past but never more than 24 hours. It's not easy but the health benefits appear to be amazing. I am looking into doing a full 24-36 hour fast so I am hoping you will let us know how this works. Have a blessed day and and thanks!
