Halloween is always a unique experience that nobody can forget. People who you see everyday in school uniforms come dressed up as witches and vampires and the whole school is decorated with skeletons, ghosts and pumpkins. It’s amazing!
Halloween in my school this year started with a play that the Drama Club had prepared called Hoodie. It was about typical teenager lives and the “extremely important” problems that we face. After that we seniors have a mostly normal day. We go to our classes and study a little bit and take a few pictures of our costumes.
The juniors go around the school trick-or-treating, having story time about Halloween and have other activities related to Halloween. They also have competitions and awards for the scariest costumes, the most original costumes, etc.
Then came the best part of Halloween in my school, The Haunted Corridor. Every year on Halloween the Arts Corridor is set up as a haunted corridor split into 4 parts. It is full of hanging dolls, dismembered body parts, jumping skeletons and teachers dressed up as ghosts, zombies, etc. It is absolutely terrifying, almost totally dark and loads of fun!
Halloween in my school is always a unique experience and I surely won’t forget this one!
