We are building our reality as we speak, I have been a bit of a "weekend warrior" building a homestead and in just a few weeks we will be on property full time making gardening and living the life we want to live in a permaculture kind of way!

On the same journey myself, trying to push for it faster. Glad to see everyone who is working in that direction @senorcoconut. I believe if we all support each other our efforts will build an abundant/peaceful future. We can show others their is a better way. I am working steadily on a kit that could be deployed for rapid homesteading that includes water harvesting/cleansing, energy production microgrid, aquaponic food production, and aircrete low cost shelter development.

I'm very interested to see what that kit will look like! That's a lot to pack into a "kit", but I'm sure you can do it. Will it be in some sort of shipping container type of thing that can be sort of dropped anywhere?
Everything will be housed in an enclosed trailer. I'm working on my transition to a 4.5 acre piece of land and plan to deploy what I have been developing in the city and transport it there. My goal is to share this with the world, and no matter what the circumstances, political, economic, natural disaster, you can rapidly re-establish self sufficiency in a new location. All we have right now is shelter, we have to work on water and food is starting to grow. So self reliance and sustainability will come slowly but we're already working on it from the concrete jungle of NYC!
