Well after reading @el-nailul's entry I was inspired to write something. Now not sure if it will count as an entry, but I had fun writing it anyways. As there is no place near me to forage I went purely hypothetical, but all based in reality and within my skill sets and knowledge base. At the very least hope you enjoy the story.

The item that can be stored is "Bark Jerky". Have tried this while in the mountains of TN years ago...and it's not something I ever want to eat again, but it has nutritional value.

Yeah, it doesn't qualify as an entry but thanks for writing it anyway. I will resteem and mention it in the winners announcement post which will be out in a day or two.
Didn't think it would, but by the time I realized what I had in mind wouldn't qualify it was way to late to scrap the idea. Had gone way to far in my head to not write it.
