Good to see your post again... You are right so many people that go on diets tend to just look at the numbers ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ˜”๐Ÿ˜ž they shouldnโ€™t do that it just stress the body and ultimately then you gain weight. Be positive and hopefull and it almost like tricking your body to lose the weight a lot of time this works. You also have to stick with the diet at the same time and push yourself sometimes. Remember in the end you will have lost some weight. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ Great post keep it up and steem on!!
