Maybe as time progresses like diverting to other search engines, Presearch may evolve into a proper search engine. Also it would be nice where I can cashout PRE token or convert to steem etc.

You can't transfer any PRE tokens until the end of June, but at that point you can sell them for other cryptos at one of these exchanges.
But yes, it will be very exciting to see how this all plays out. Taking on Google is a huge challenge, but I have a feeling that people are getting fed up with the big companies such as Google and Facebook selling their user info, so they might be looking for alternatives.
