How valuable is having a plan for expansion in place when assessing a business? If you were to invest in a business would you want to invest in people (and the business) that had a plan in place, providing them the capital to expand, or do you prefer to invest in businesses with untapped potential and put the pieces in place to help them reach new heights (even if this means replacing leadership).
