Top 20 self voted comments
Reminder of conditions: top 20 self voted comments, by users with over 1000 SP, ordered by pending payout of self vote contribution only.
Change to table and graph - showing each individual post of the top 20
In previous reports I summed all the rewards from top 20 self voted comments of the same user, but I thought actually this might mislead you to think this is the full extent of their reward takings when summed. It might not be, some have lots of moderately high rewards which really add up.
This will be dealt with better in future but for now I will show top 20 as individual posts. You can see yourself which are by the same user.

Quick thoughts
The two top rewarded in the list @davidding and @inventor16, both also have 70% of the self voted comments here.
Thanks for checking out the report.
Smack 'em down. Good reporting. Not surprised to see @craig-grant in there.
This kinda a waste of time, there are 200 whales with higher SP than the SMDK(100,000+). Those whales get 10x 100% votes per day, SMDK needs like $20M in SP to even come close to being able to smack down that amount of whales. Even if you are successful in "stopping" a whale from up voting himself directly you cannot prevent him from up voting himself by proxy.
The whales you have smacked down still have cash on their posts because you don't have enough to counter. Just one or two whales completely drain the bot of all of its voting power and they can vote like this all the time.
I don't think that a down voting bot is the solution to this problem, the curation rewards need to be changed so that there is less incentives for whales to post like this. For a whale that produces a $10 up vote he would need the post to be $200+ to get even close to his sp back, there simply are not enough posts like that for the whales to corner. This is the problem.
I agree that we need a HF. We're making a point and showing stats to draw attention to that fact. Obviously we can only have the effect which matches the stake delegated to us.
It's not a long term solution but we are registering our disagreement the only way we can. I think that's worth it, small as it is. We are just one group in the heaving sea 😉
The problem is your down votes ruin the reputation score of high dollar investors. You don't need to 100% down vote to show the stats and your disagreement, nor do you need to down vote to an extent that a reputation score would be harmed.
IMO you would be better off doing the cheetah way of commenting on the post and giving a small down vote to show your displeasure without doing real harm. Your bots comments could bring light to the users abuse as being in the top XXX of vote abuse spam and you could gradually increase your flags to 100% instead of what you are doing now.
@smackdown.kitty only down votes with equal or less effect as the original self up vote, you can confirm this on a blockchain explorer like steemd.com for example. The current code is making the down vote always slightly less. The reputation score is an effect of the current system and we stand by it.
We are not trying to be gentle with users who take the most rewards per day with large up votes on comments, we're trying to cancel the effect of their vote as a strong disagreement.
Sincere criticism and constructive ideas are always appreciated. We stand by our way of doing this so far.
You've been UpVoted via the UpVote Experiment 002 Bot. Depending on my VP & the price of STEEM you should get a $.01-$.03 for your trouble.
Read more about this experiment here.
Thank You - @blueorgy
I inventor has upvoted several of my comments so hes not just upvoting himself.
