In class eight I faced a lot of problems. I could not sleep at night
I used to do classes all day, coaching, reading at evening at the end of the day I was tried. There was an eating and drinking irregularity. I used to watch the game (UEFA Champions League & Pro Wrestling) in the night.
The thoughts always worked and there was a lot of attraction for the phone that’s why created my habit of not sleeping.

How i was solved it?

• Use the bed appropriately:
Beds should be reserved for sleep and rest and nothing else.

• Limit caffeine:
I try to limiting caffeine intake to whole day.

• Changed my bedroom:
I was changed my bedroom where no TV, Computer and of course Phone. It’s work very much for me.

• Do some leg exercises:
If I could not sleep I try to use some leg and head exercises.

• Eat and drink regularity:
I made a routine for regular healthy food.

And finally in 3 weeks I was soved my one of the best problem in my life.
