Malam ini saya akan menceritakan asal nama sebuah klub sepak bola...
Namanya rem blong FC.

REM BLONG FC is a football club based in the village of Meurah Mege Subdistrict Atu Latitude Takengon..

Rem blong fc adalah sebuah klub sepak bola di desa Meurah Mege Kecamatan Atu Lintang Takengon..
Sebelumnya klub tersebut dinamakan klub merah mege sesuai dengan nama desanya dengan topografi perbukitan yang agak terjal dengan ketinggian 1800 meter diatas permukaan laut.
Rem blong fc memiliki lapangan latihan yang agak terjal, yaitu lebih rendah di satu sisi lapangan sesuai dengan topografi daerahnya.

Terakhir rem blong FC menjadi juara 1 dalam event piala komando Rayon Militer Atu Lintang. Saat ini rem blong FC sedang menjalani Babak Penyisihan even ulang tahun kota jagong. Pertandingan perdana dimenangkan rem blong FC dengan skor 3-0 mengahadapi juara bertahan tahun lalu.

*Saat ditanya kenapa selalu tertabrak jawaban para pemain "tidak bisa berhenti atau blong" hal itu terus berlangsung sampai sekarang. Pernah sekali wasit pun menabrak pemain saat berlari karna susah untuk berhenti jawabannya pun sama "tidak bisa rem".
Karena hal itulah pengurus klub dan masyarakat Meurah Mege sepakat menamakan klub sepak bola kebanggaan mereka dengan nama REM BLONG FOOTBALL CLUB.
