These things get so crazy, I have experienced it multiple times, seen it happen to friends multiple times, where you are refused a visa which some funny reasons. I had a similar issue last month, where clearly in my passport, I have visited UK 3 time already but I was still refused a visa and I had to apply again, hired a lawyer which costed me $2000 at the end of the day. The 2nd time, which was a week after I was refused the 1st one, I got a visa and I was able to attend the conference to represent and talk about @yensesa.
