Women in this environment are married and have families. Single career women in the environment of independence migrate to this environment after getting married. In this environment some women changed their jobs or professions and continued their caree.rs. Some others chose lower or less demanding jobs so as to create some time to their families. Some other women could not continue doing any more Jobs and they quit careers.
Sometimes, marriage isa blessing to a woman's career sometimes it is a barrier to her career. In a young marriage, women have very big adjustments to make. And it just Feels like they were starting life all over again. The adjustments that they make to fit into their new environment and new family life could delay, stop or promote their careers.
The work conditions at your work place could be so demanding and tedious that you might not be able to combine home-making as a new wile and,nursing mother with being a hired. employee. Get busy working at home with your career skills to produce and sell crafts so that you can make your own earnings.
You probably didn't have multiple Skills and you want to acquire a new skill in this stage. Learning a new Skill or even a new course of academic study while you are a Pregnant woman or a nursing mom may not just be possible and If Has possible, it wont be easy Well if you must , choose the lightest kind or dynamic skill like. knitting baby's clothes, making washing soap or write articles on research topics.
Such jobs are not too physical intensive for a pregnant or a Nursing Mom to do. Oh no! But hubby might not feel kind for allowing his n,ife to pass through,that much stress while expecting Or nursing a baby. Do not complain about the training process or the job itself ifyoLI are really determined to acquire some skills and make your own earnings. A busy married woman must not complain of stress-on-theJob.
A complaining wife at work may not be aware of the kind of` message that she sends to her husband through her regular complaint which she thought would win her some afection from her partner. Every married man appreciates an industrious wife who can help him But no man wants to see his wife suffer. Your e.ridless complaints will get him worried that there is too much pain on his wife. A good solution would be to Stop you from doing this impossible job. But what you achieved is a halt to your career instead of the romantic encouragement you indirectly demanded through your complaints
You must be stressed to get it right but stressing yourself at the right time is the best. The right time to start acquiring skills is not at this stage. This is the best stage to adjust your already acquired skill or profession to Suit your family life. However it is never too late to start a career so long as you are not yet an old woman.

The girls foundation is a project set up to enlighten young ladies of their norms and value, advocate for the girl-child, encourage and support them with the little we can.We believe the girl-child can bring about change in our society. Women are essential to the nation because they take care of its children, the children are the future leaders of the nation, if you are familiar with the bible you must have heard of this verse “train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he won‟t depart from it”.Girls foundation was founded by a group of selfless ladies, it is a non�governmental organization and believes in decentralization.
VISION:-
- To enlighten youths of their purpose in life. We believe once you know the truth and purpose of your existence you are free, the journey to success and failure now lies in your hands.
- Rape free society- Rape is a sexual assault carried out against a person forcefully. The rate at which girls are being raped these days is alarming, we are also humans and we deserve respect. Most rape victims suffer from trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder, serious injuries and in some cases pregnancy and sexually transmitted infection.
- Fight against domestic violence- it is also known as intimate partner violence, domestic abuse or family violence; it's a form of violence committed in a domestic or family setting, such as in marriage or cohabitation. It is called intimate partner violence when committed by a spouse and called family violence when it involves the kids, parents or elders. Domestic violence has several effects on human that's is why girls foundation is picking it up. Effects of domestic violence
includes :
1.) Physical effect: This involves bruises round the victim, broken wrists, shortness of breath etc.
2.) Mental effect: This involves PTSD (post-traumatic stress),
pressing, drug abuse, suicidal thoughts etc.
3.) Emotional effect: This involves feeling unworthy, hopeless and not motivated etc.
4.)It affects the development of the kids and they suffer from
depression, anxiety, fear etc
Domestic violence always produces an international cycles of
violence. Funny, only few people see themselves as being abused; considering it as family matter. - Girl education: Some people still believe that training a female child is a waste of time and money 'cause they feel she'd still end up in the kitchen, well sorry to disappoint you but ladies can do much more than just being house wives, lots of educated women are doing fine in our society today. Every child deserves equal right to education.We don't think anyone should be treated differently because of their gender, we are all one and it's high time we realized that.
