I will love to give a very big appreciation to God and to everybody who was present at the Abuja Mega Steem Workshop and Meetup. It was indeed a successful event.
Arrival of Guests
I and @xpency was at the hotel where we picked our guests, we had to stay up late expecting calls from all invited guests; most were visiting Abuja for the first time.
@xpency left the hotel back to his house around 11pm while I had to lodge at the hotel because our Event Mc ( @mediahousent) was to arrive Abuja around 4am.
This was because he just rounded up his final exams around 5pm and had to jump on the next bus coming to Abuja around 8pm.
Abuja is about 8 hours drive from Ife where he schools
It was his first time visiting Abuja, we couldn't afford to leave him unattended.
A Summary of What Went Down
It was a wonderful meetup, as everyone present left the venue charged by our Nigerian steemit bosses.
@ehiboss delivered a wonderful introduction to steemit as some people present were hearing about steemit for the very first time.
@fisteganos exposed the secrets behind creating a unique and creative content.
@gbenga revealed why build effective communication and relationship is paramount on steemit.
He also gave minnows tips on how to go about this.
@ejemai left the entire audience ribs cracking continously as he dished out steemit and life facts with humor.
@nairadaddy talked about @air-clinic and gave his words of advice to the newbies.
@destinysaid listed out all opportunities buried in the Steem Blockchain.
He clearly categorised the audience based on their skills/talents and pointed them to the Steem Blockchain opportunities partaining to them.
@michaelcj talked about SMT, explaining what Smart Media Tokens are, how they will change the world and particularly enlighten everyone about Appics (@appics)
