Have you tried to persuade and convince your family and friends to join Steemit and they are refusing??
Do you feel bad when you tell your friends about Steemit and they don't join??
If you answered yes to any of the questions above, just read further to find out the solution.
It is natural for almost each person who finds a great opportunity to tell it to their family and friends first.
It is so fascinating that our same friends and family are the ones who first deny us,how painful!!
I have realised why there guys deny us,since they know us in and out..they think and assume(which is wrong ) that we cannot bring something new to the table!!.

That photo above summarises everything about the sole reason our close people do not support us!
I have to admit that the method I used in this friends of my is not among the scientific persuation techniques!!!
The most used techniques used are summarised in this image below..hope you know them.

I tried using the principle of liking but it failed to work for me.
I told them how some of them are good in the different topics we have on Steemit like programming and it failed to work.
I shared countless links and screenshots of my withdrawals, but all this yielded nothing.
The New Method of Persuasion
I had shared Steemit links to my former classmates WhatsApp group and even chatted them individually.
So it all started when I posted the meet up poster
I had a great caption that invited more questions and i stubbornly refused to answer and told them to come to the meet up.
After I told them that I will not do it again and whether they join or not.
I told them I don't get paid to talk to them and am just helping them.
This word sunk in and one of them asked what's needed to register!
Guess what he signed up and even sent a screenshot to the group!!.
He also realised we his former classmates are on the trending page of Uganda on Steemit.

I am sure most of them joined but didn't want to admit.
So the technique here is to tell them bluntly that you are helping them and whether they join or not you can still make money.
You don't give a damn or fuck whether they join or not.!!!
I literally told them I no longer give a fuck and don't convince anyone to join.
I tried convincing every friend of mine when I first joined and it was so tiresome to me!
They thought I do earn commission from them joining and they so they resisted!!!
We need to tel them that we are just helping them and we do not earn commission.....
This method is effective when you tried convincing them in the past and they didn't believe or join!
I have realised we need to be tough sometimes to people We care about!
It is until we are tough that people will take our promotion efforts serious especially here in Africa.
Another is,we need to work hard to the extent we have something to show for our Steemit efforts.
It is easy if you are here in Africa, if you are just able to withdraw a mere 100 USD....it will instill more belief in them.
In conclusion always tell them you are helping them and let them know it's you who is valuable at that moment!
Never beg people to join, even family members.
Let us keep working hard as we continue spreading Steemit to the whole world.
If they are change in your life, they will definitely follow you to Steemit.
If you loved this post upvote and resteem

Is not bad to convince your friends to join steemit, I don't think u should force them, because is not everyone which is going to like the idea, but with time some will come willing, some will be convince and sign up but some will follow up later, is a matter of time. You are doing a great job. Kudos
yes...i quite agree with you. its almost impossible convincing those who knows you to your home. except you have tangible evidence to show as a prove of your success from what you are telling them. A POPULAR COMMENST: YOU DON HELP YOURSELF FINISH, NO BE THE SAME TREK BOTH OF US THEY TREK) y ou here things like this. i will through this reply say, pls lets support ourselves to succeed. i just up voted you and follow you as well. you work is great

So far two of my friends accounts have been approved. They will soon show up on steemit!
Add them to our group and bring them to the meet up
Okay.
Telling it like it is, Jarau Moses: if they refuse Steemit, it's not our problem (so we don't lose money or sleep over their refusal). Their loss, not ours.
Upvoted, Resteemed, Shared to FB, and commented.
Yeah we need to be tough on this folks, we helping them and they are playing games!!!
Yes, I also felt that way. When I just want to do good, help them to join in steemit and earn a lot of income and knowledge here. They think that I get a profit or a commission when they join. Many of their negative values about steemit. But I just say: I just want to help you, I do not get anything if you join here.
True, we need to tell them we dont get commision!
Yes, your right👍
They actually don't know you're helping them but when they eventually see how far steemit has affected your life they will be the one, begging for your guidance later. If you have a whatsapp group I will love to join.
Go to my steemit profile and send me a mesage on Facebook and we link up
I have done that thanks
congratulations yeah friends have got a way list of friends and their families @jaraumoses
