I have been a steemian for a little over 6 months, and in this time I have come to understand one fact, the community has really done a lot for my life. Now, asides the earnings, there is sense of belonging which I have come to walk in. Steemit has shown me that every and anyone can be accepted and loved just for being who they are.

One major milestone in my steemit experience is meeting @ejemai and joining the @stach team. You can read up about the latest achievements of our team here, we just opened another offline hub in the city of UYO, Akwaibom state, Nigeria.

Loveworld City

I happened to be in a meeting late last year and there was a proposition to build a world-class structure that will impact lives and affect the residents of my city positively. Normally, I would have sat back and let the big guys in the room do all the talking, but when I discovered that within this structure we would have resource centers, I immediately grew hungry to hear more of the details.
The cost of handling this project would run into millions of dollars and naturally I would have cowered and backed down, but I had my legs rooted firm in the ground and making positive suggestions because I saw an opportunity to promote steemit.

Let me tell you how

Now this mini-city we are building will be seating on over 100 plots of land and will have multiple sections...

the main hall (Worship center)
Event halls (one of which I intend to make an extended steemit hot-spot)
A gym house
A studio (music and photography)
amongst others

Ever since the project started, more than 80% of my payouts have been directed to funding the project... now I know that my payouts might be small now, but hey... I believe in consistency ... This LOVEWORLD CITY PROJECT will run for a whole year, by then I would have saved enough from my payouts to make a substantial contribution to the Project.
The first phase we are in now, is to make full payment of the land which will be completed by the end of this month.

We got an architect to design a plan for the building and present it in 3D for us... here are some pictures of what we are working with

We had one of our animators, do a 3D video of what the finished work will look like. We did this just to have something that will keep inspiring us to push for completion. Trust me you'll love it

BY THE END OF THIS YEAR, I'LL BE SITTING ON A CHAIR INSIDE THE LOVEWORLD CITY AND FEELING GRATEFUL THAT I ACHIEVED THIS BECAUSE OF THE POWER OF STEEM.
