Good interview to watch! Very interesting analyse... one of the reason I think steemit will be a sucess is that it is much easyer to donate to someone when you dont loose it!!! AND NO PUBLICITY too, because when you watch something on youtube, shure, you are indeed donating to the creator and not loosing money but you are payng that with your brain-time during the advertising!
And the part of rewarding positivity ... I agree 100% ... I've been here just 3 month and only goog human interactions.
