It's a new year and there is plenty of work to be done. Firstly,

My team and I are beginning to take real steps towards achieving the Steem Camp goals. Like I stated in my previous post
Steem camp is a youth empowerment initiative aimed at eradicating poverty and unemployment through entertainment in underdeveloped and developing countries and we are starting from Nigeria.
Charity begins at home, they say. So we are starting with our country, Nigeria.
we are not just introducing Steemit to people, we are teaching them how they can maximize their creativity and talents on steemit.

there are lots of talented people out there, dancers, artists, comedians etc, we believe that Steemit will be more interesting if we have such people here
The world would be boring if we are only just writers or poets.
So instead of these talented youths to allow their talents waste away, and settle for a life of crime, we are introducing them to Steemit, let them come live out there true potential here and everyone stays happy.
Initially, my team and I came to Delta State for the Steemup Delta that was held in Warri, it was a huge success BTW. Then we travelled to Asaba, Steem camp idea was birthed and we spent the Christmas planning and laying out strategies on how it would be held.
My team and I set out to Sapele, a town in Delta State to meet with other reputable steemians to plan about this great event. This is my shortest Steemit travel, I spent about 4hours on the road. This is our first travel of the year and the beginning of the journey of a thousand miles.

@nmalove well done and Happy New Year I am so happy that you guys have such an initiative for the youths it's amazing.
