Why not ,I think if we want to do marketplace for PoB ,it should be online because we can be able to monitor every transaction ,there should be third party involve ,it would prevent fraudulent
I don't know much about other country but I know my Nigeria people will go for this idea ,we love this kind of thing,even with government banning crypto ,we are still one of the country that use crypto in the world, market place for PoB will bring more demand for PoB ,I know alot of Nigerian don't know about PoB but this idea will make many people know more about it
I think Nigeria has removed thier cryptocurrency restrictions due to thier creation of e-naira a digital online currency and that has give us full freedom to the crypto world. So there can be a open market place here

This community is decentralized already, and transaction can't be reversed and that's because of its decentralization.
So the third-party system you talked about is the solution to that for scam prevention.
I don't think this community is fully decentralized because the admin still have control over every pob one has received and that's the right to mute anyone and unmute.
No this community is centralised as a social media but it wallet is decentralized that's why after being upvoted, your pob received can be removed
If the marketplace is physical market but it's online, it can be done in each country but if it's not physical goods then it can be done inter countries.
yes i agree with what you have say that third party should be involved because of scammers.it is that it is we nigeria that we use crypto most and once it is involved online it will thread very fast
But it kind of third-party that should be involved should not just be anyhow organisation but it should be proof of brain itself
